TSKB Real Estate Appraisal and TSKB Real Estate Investment Trust Attended 9th Real Estate Summit

TSKB, TSKB Real Estate Appraisal and TSKB Real Estate Investment Trust both sponsored and attended to the fair of the Real Estate Summit, the 9th of which was held this year on June 2, 2009 at Lütfi Kırdar International Convention and Exhibition hall in Istanbul. During the activity, which was realized in cooperation with Real Vienna, the summit continued with fair and parallel sessions on June 3-4, 2009.

TSKB Real Estate Appraisal General Director Işıl DİNÇER attended as a spokesperson to the Panel titled “Office and Logistics Investments” at Conference Hall 1 on June 3, 2009 during GYODER Summit / ISTANBUL REstate Fair.

During the presentation on Office and Logistics Investments as a part of the organization which was sponsored by TSKB  Real Estate Appraisal JSC, comprehensive information was given on the office stocks in Istanbul and about their rental values. The participants obtained detailed information both during the presentation and during the post-presentation question and answer session.
